 We’re currently looking for an exceptional Business Administrator just like YOU to help us change the way healthcare is being delivered across the WORLD

 The ideal candidate for this role is an outside the box-thinker who doesn’t hesitate to dive in, learn new skills, and investigate better ways to operate at every chance.

 This is done by spear-heading process improvement initiatives, managing teams of elite care givers of various levels, and finding a way to not only embrace the chaos – but organize it.

 *This is an on-site position. Must reside in Metro Detroit area* 

 What you’ll need to be EPIC:  

  • Come with 3 years of leadership/business experience, or believe you’re ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment that will challenge you every single day 
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business or Healthcare related field 
  • Are technology literate enough to navigate an Electronic Health Record, the Microsoft Office Suite, and other tools used at EPIC Health 
  • Aren’t afraid to try new things and pivot when you see an opportunity to improve 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities both independently and as a team 
  • Positive role model and proactive mentality 

What you’ll do to help your team be EPIC:  

  • Hire, manage and retain appropriate clinical and administrative staffing levels to meet patient care needs 
  • Assess competency levels of staff to identify areas of improvement and growth for each individual member of your team which includes collaborating on performance reviews and applicable corrective action plans 
  • Perform all duties relative to time and attendance, including issuing appropriate disciplinary actions according to policy, payroll corrections, employee time off, and maintaining clinic staffing schedules to achieve high levels of patient satisfaction and open access 
  • Providing and overseeing excellent customer service delivery, including advocating for the patient, listening to their concerns, and addressing issues promptly, courteously, and respectfully via face-to-face, telephone, email, and proper charting.
  • Assure appropriate levels of medical supplies and equipment are in inventory to meet patient care needs 
  • Perform business development activities to promote center growth such as capacity reporting, schedule reconciliation, financial reporting, vaccine balancing and audit accuracy and procedure ordering accuracy tracking
  • Hold team accountable for hitting key metrics and performance goals as well as following all company standard operating procedures 
  • Maintaining the facility to ensure it is clean, inviting, and fully functional
  • Support the EPIC vision and mission through active leadership, innovation, collaboration and living our values by maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.
